AL leader killed in miscreants attack
A leader of Bangladesh Awami League of Hatia upazila unit was killed in miscreants attack in Noakhali early Saturday.
The deceased Aper Uddin, 40, was died during his ongoing treatment at Noakhali General Hospital. He was the supporter of Mohiuddin Muhin who contested as chairman post in last union parishad election.
According to source, Aper came under attack in front of the house of union parishad chairman Mahiuddin. Later police recovered Mohiuddin and sent to hospital in a critical condition.
Md. Golam Faruk, Officer-in-charge of Hatia Police Station, confirmed the matter to the reporters.
