Comilla road crash kills 2

Two people were killed and two others injured in a head-on collision between a bus and a pickup in Comilla.

The accident took place on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway at Baguchi area in Chauddagram upazila of the district on Friday.

Identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Mohammad Faisal, officer-in-charge of Chauddagram Police Station, said a Comilla-bound ‘Madina Paribahan’ bus from Feni collided head-on with a pickup coming from the opposite direction.

The injured were rushed to Comilla Medical College Hospital.
