Ex-UP member shot dead in Feni

A former member of union parishad was shot to death by miscreants at Baliga area in Feni.

The deceased is Joynal Abedin, 40. He was also a member of Juba League.

Joynal came under attack at 10.30 on Tuesday and he was declared dead by on duty doctor at Feni Sadar Hospital.

Shushenshil, General Secretary of Feni Juba League, alleged that, the terrorists of BNP shot Joynal over political feud.
In this connection, Jia Uddin, General Secretary of Feni BNP, said, Joynal was gunned down over internal feud of Juba League.

Confirming the matter, Mahbub Morshed, officer-in-charge of Feni Model Police Station, said, we were informed that miscreants shot Joynal.
