Fire guts 42 shops in Bandarban
At least 42 shops were gutted as a fatal fire broke out at Ruma Bazar in Ruma upazila of Bandarban district on Saturday noon.
Sources of Fire Fighting Office of Bandarban said the fire originated form a shop of the market around 12pm and engulfed to the adjoining shops very quickly.
On information, a team of Bandarban Fire Fighting Unit rushed on the spot and started operation to douse the blaze.
