Youth held with arms in Munshiganj

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested a young man along with arms from Kandirpara village of Lohajang upazila in Munshiganj on Saturday early morning.

The arrestee was identified as Sohel Molla, 26, a resident of the village.

On secret information, a team of the elite force led by Masud Anwar, senior ASP of Rab, conducted a drive in the area and arrested Sohel.

The elite force also recovered one foreign made pistol, one magazine and one round of bullet from his possession.
