Fire at garment factory in Gazipur

A fire has broken out at a garment factory titled Tropical Knitting in Gazipur palli bidyut area.

On information, thirteen units of Fire Station went to the spot and tried to douse the blaze on Saturday morning.

The amount of loss incurred in the fire could not be estimated yet. No one was injured in this incident, it is learnt.

Machinery, threads, cloths and other valuables were damaged in the fire. It could not be ascertained yet what caused the fire.

Several cracks have been developed in the building following the fire incident.
