Tulip, 2 others sued for 'occupying flat' in Gulshan

The Anti-Corruption Commission, ACC, has filed a case against Tulip Siddiq, niece of former prime minister Sheikh Hasina, and two others on allegations of occupying a flat in Dhaka's Gulshan by illegal means.

ACC deputy director Monirul Islam filed the case with its Dhaka coordinated district office on Tuesday, April 15.

Other accused in the case are Shah Md Khasruzzaman, former assistant law adviser to Rajdhani Unnayan Kartipakkha (Rajuk) and its former assistant adviser-1 Sardar Mosharraf Hossain.

According to the case statement, the accused, in collusion with each others, occupied a flat of Eastern Housing Ltd at Gulshan-2 by illegal means.
