Kawrakandi-Shimulia launch service halted

Launch and speedboat services on Shimulia-Kawrakandi route have been suspended due to inclement weather.

Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA) authorities confirmed this matter to reporters.

An inspector of BIWTA ABS Mahmud said launch and speedboat service has been remained close due to inclement weather.The closing will continue until further direction.
