Gabtoli, one of the most important entry and exit points to the capital, has seen a large crowd of people heading home even on the day following Eid. On Tuesday (April 1), there was significant pressure on vehicles departing from Gabtali, particularly those heading towards the northern region.

Kamal Hossain, the counter manager at Shahjadupr Travels, said, "A large number of vehicles have already headed towards the northern region. Our buses are departing every 15-30 minutes. Passenger load is high, similar to the pre-Eid rush. However, this time, there were no traffic jams on the roads. Passengers have not faced any hassles or complaints, and everyone is traveling comfortably."

He added, "The fares are government-regulated, and there are government observers present. We charge only the government-set fares."

Rakib, the supervisor at Rajdut Paribahan, stated, "There is a large number of passengers, but there have been no traffic jams on the road. We haven't encountered any problems so far, and everything is running smoothly."

Passenger Raihan said, "I am heading to my in-laws' place. Alhamdulillah, this Eid has been great, and I didn’t face any difficulty in getting tickets."

Civil servant Kaisar mentioned, "I’m going to spend the Eid holiday with my family. I couldn’t take leave before Eid, but now I am going. This time, there were no complaints regarding ticket black-marketing or excessive fares. Everything seems fine."

Abu Ahmed said, "I spent Eid at my elder brother's house, and now we are all heading to our village home. We will spend the rest of the Eid holidays together, InshaAllah."
