Dhaka, Beijing sign 9 instruments

Bangladesh and China signed one agreement on economic and technical cooperation and eight Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) on Friday. The MoUs cover various sectors, including translation and production of classics, cultural heritage exchanges, news exchange, media, sports, and health.
Additionally, five key announcements were made, including the launch of formal negotiations on investment, the commencement of the China Industrial Economic Zone, the signing of a commercial agreement for the modernization and expansion of Mongla Port, the establishment of a robot physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre, and the donation of a cardiac surgery vehicle.
