3 of a family among 5 die in Pabna road accident
Five people, including three members of a family, were killed and another was injured as a bus rammed a CNG-run auto-rickshaw in Pabna's Ishwardi on Thursday afternoon, March 20.
The dead were identified as Rabby Hossain, 30, a resident of Baghail village, his wife Mukta Khatun, 27, and their two-year-old son Mustakim, Mostafa Jaman Toha, 25, in the upazila, and Ratul Hossain, 30, from Ratidabha area in Jhenaidah's Shailkupa.
The incident occurred in Baharpur area on the Ishward-Pabna highway around 5:30pm, said Ishwardi Fire Service warehouse official Meer Amirul Islam.
