2 women held with intoxication injection in city

Members of detective branch (DB) of police arrested two women drug dealers along with huge amount of intoxication injection at Jatrabari area in the city on Sunday night.

The arrestees are Insana Khatun, 30, and Fulmoti, 50.

ASM Hafizur Rahman, Senior Assistant Commissioner of DMP said, tipped off a team of DB conducted a drive at Jatrabari area and arrested two women from in front Mukti Dental Center of the area along with huge amount intoxication injection on Sunday night.

The duo was wanted in the several cases filed with different police stations of the city under Narcotics Control Act.

Beside, DB also arrested an alleged drug peddler from Dholaikhal area in the city along with 200 pieces of Yaba tablet on Sunday night.
