Yunus to address nation on Victory Day

Chief Adviser Professor Dr Muhammad Yunus will address the nation at 10:00 am on Monday on the occasion of Victory Day.
Bangladesh Television and BTV World will broadcast the address, according to the Chief Adviser’s press wing.
Earlier in the morning, President Mohammed Shahabuddin, Chief Adviser Dr Yunus, and the President of Timor-Leste, José Ramos-Horta, paid tribute to the martyrs of the Liberation War by placing wreaths at the National Memorial on the outskirts of the capital to mark the 54th Victory Day.
