3 die as truck rams motorcycle in Naogaon

Three people were killed as a truck rammed a motorcycle in Naogaon’s Manda on Tuesday afternoon, December 10.

The dead were identified as Jahidul Islam, 35, a resident of Kalushohor village, and Shakil Hossain, 27, of Fajilpur village in Mohadevpur upazila and Nur Alam, 45, of Durgapur village in Manda upazila.

Locals and police sources said a truck hit a motorcycle in Bakapur area around 5:00pm, leaving its a rider dead on the spot and two others injured.

Later, the injured were rushed to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital where the on-duty doctors declared them dead.
