Abdul Momen new ACC chairman

Dr Mohammad Abdul Momen has been appointed as the new chairman of the Anti-Corruption Commission, ACC.

Besides, district and sessions judge (retd) Mia Muhammad Ali Akbar Azizi and Brigadier General (retd) Hafij Ahsan Farid have been made commissioners of the anti-graft body, according to a notification issued by the Cabinet Division on Tuesday, December 10.

Abdul Momen, who resigned as the senior secretary of the Public Security Division and Security Services Division on December 8, will receive the same salary, allowance, other benefits and rank of a judge of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court.
