Hajj registration deadline extended by 15 days

The deadline for Hajj registration under government and private management has been extended by 15 days till December 15.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs said this in a notice on Thursday.
Earlier, the ministry said that pilgrims must complete their primary Hajj registration for 2025 by November 30 but a large number of quotas still remain empty.
Primary Hajj registration for 2025 commenced on September 1, and as of today (November 28), around 40,000 individuals have completed the primary registration process through government and private channels.
Bangladesh is permitted to send a total of 127,198 devotees for Hajj in 2025.
