Law adviser to assume speaker’s financial, admin roles

Law Adviser Asif Nazrul has been designated to handle the financial and administrative duties of the Jatiya Sangsad speaker following the resignation of former speaker Shirin Sharmin Choudhury.
Chief Adviser’s Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam announced the decision at a press conference held at the Foreign Service Academy on Thursday, explaining that Asif Nazrul will temporarily oversee these responsibilities due to the vacancy.
