168 lower court judges transferred

The interim government has transferred 168 judges of the rank of additional district judge, joint district judge, senior assistant judges and assistant judge have been transferred.
The transferred judges include 114 senior assistant judges and assistant judges, 47 additional district judges and seven joint district judges.
The Law and Justice Division under the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs issued a notification in this regard on Sunday.
The judges of the lower courts have been transferred after consultation with the Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission, the division informed.
