Assault on DMCH doctors: BUBT teacher, 3 students sued

A case has been filed against a teacher and three students of a private university over the assault on three doctors at the Dhaka Medical College Hospital, DMCH, on Saturday (August 31).

The accused are Shahriar Arnab, a teacher at the Bangladesh University of Business and Technology, BUBT, and its students Paljay, Sahab Turza and Saimi Naz Shayan.

Amir Hossain, an office assistant at the DMCH, filed the case with the Shahbagh police station on Sunday (September 1), the police station's officer-in-charge, AKM Shahabuddin, said.

Forty to 50 unidentified people were also named in the case.
