Another case filed against ex-CJ Khairul Haque

Former Chief Justice ABM Khairul Haque has been sued over his alleged corrupt, malicious and illegal judgments in court.

Supreme Court lawyer Mujahidul Islam Shaheen filed the case with Shahbagh police station in the capital on Tuesday night.

The lawyer himself confirmed the matter to Jago News. 

Earlier on August 26, a case was filed in Narayanganj against the former Chief Justice over his alleged fraud and treason to alter the judgement annulling the 13th amendment of the Constitution regarding the caretaker government system.

Advocate Abdul Bari Bhuiyan, former President of Narayanganj district lawyers’ association and Fatullah thana unit of BNP General Secretary, filed the case with Fatullah police station.
