201 officials promoted to joint secretary

The government has promoted 201 deputy secretaries to the rank of joint secretary.
The Public Administration Ministry issued a gazette notification in this regard on Sunday.
The newly promoted officials have been designated as Officers on Special Duty (OSD) to the ministry.
According to the notification, these officials are now required to email their joining letters to the Senior Secretary of the ministry.
