Judicial officials asked to submit wealth statements within 10 days
All judicial officials and their family members have been asked to submit their wealth statements within the next ten working days.
Asif Nazrul, the Adviser for Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs, made the announcement at a press conference held at Secretariat on Wednesday.
He said that, after consulting with the Supreme Court, he had ordered all judicial officials and their family members to submit statements of their movable and immovable assets located both in the country and abroad within the next working ten days.
He also mentioned that they have taken some initiatives to develop the environment of the lower courts.
“We have banned the using of plastic products in the lower courts,” he added.
