Ali Imam Majumder appointed as special assistant to chief adviser

Former Cabinet secretary Ali Imam Majumder has been appointed as the special assistant to interim government’s Chief Adviser Dr Muhammad Yunus.
The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification in this regard on Monday (August 12).
While holding the post of special assistant, he will enjoy rank, salary-allowance and other benefits of an adviser, the notification said.
