Home minister's residence, police stations torched in Dhaka

Following Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's departure on Monday, the home minister's residence and several other establishments, including multiple police stations, were reportedly set on fire in Dhaka.

Rozina Akter, a duty officer at the Fire Service and Civil Defence, confirmed that they received reports of arson at various locations, including Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan's residence in Dhanmondi, as well as the Adabor and Khilkhet police stations in the capital.

She also mentioned that they were receiving reports of similar arson attacks from different parts of the country and that further details would be provided later.
