Brac University students block road at Merul Badda
A group of students of Brac University have blocked the road at Merul Badda in Dhaka protesting the attack on their fellow students and demanding the cancellation of quota system in government jobs.
The students blocked the road in front of their campus at 10am which created huge traffic jam.
Mohammad Yeasin Gazi, Officer-in-charge of Badda Police Station, said additional police members were deployed in the area to control untoward situation. The students are being requested to withdraw their blockade.

On the other hand, the BCL will hold a rally at Raju Memorial Sculpture at Dhaka University at 1:30pm protesting the attack on their leaders and activists.
