Light to moderate rain likely over parts of country
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at most places over Mymensingh and Sylhet and at many places over Rangpur and Chattogram divisions.

Country's maximum temperature on Thursday was recorded 37.5 degree Celsius jointly at Patuakhali and Khulna districts and today's lowest temperature 23.6 degree Celsius was recorded at Naogaon district.
Maximum rainfall for the last twenty-four hours till 6am today was recorded 50 millimeters(mm) at Chattogram district.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country. Due to excessive moisture incursion the discomfort may persist.
The sun sets at 06.45 pm today and rises at 05.10 am tomorrow in the capital.
