Three killed in Bagerhat road crash

Three people were killed as a truck rammed into an auto-van on the Khulna-Mongla Highway in Bagerhat on Saturday morning.

The dead were identified as Md Sayeed Moral, 45, and Md Azad, 35, residents of Jhanjhania village, and Md Moni Hossain, 45, of Kumlai Gabbunia village, in Rampal upazila.

The incident occurred in Chairman Mor area.

Babul Akter, media cell chief coordinator of Bagerhat Police, confirmed the matter.
