Bodies of father, son recovered in Dhaka

Police recovered the bodies of a man and his son from a house in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar area of Dhaka on Sunday night.

They were identified as Moshiur Rahman, 50, and his son Sahdab, 16.

Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Police Station officer in-charge Md Ahad Ali said police recovered the bodies of a man and his son from the second floor of a home in Taltala Mollapara area around 8 pm.

Of them, one was found hanging and another lying on the floor, he said, adding that they were trying to know details in this regard.

Police, however, assume that Moshiur's seven-year-old daughter survived his attempt to murder her who is now being treated in a hospital.
