Jhenaidah-1 MP Abdul Hyee passes away
Md Abdul Hyee, an Awami League lawmaker from Jhenaidah-1 constituency, has passed away.
He breathed his last while undergoing treatment at Bumrungrad International Hospital in Thailand around 6am on Saturday (Bangladesh local time).
He was suffering from different health complications including liver Cirrhosis and pneumonia for a long time.
Jhenaidah’s Shailkupa Upazila Parishad Chairman and the Upazila Awami League General Secretary Hakim Ahmed and Jhenaidah Sadar Hospital doctor Jakir Hossain confirmed the death to Jago News.
Adul Hyee left his wife, two sons, one daughter and many well-wishers to mourn his death.
He was born at Mohammadpur village of Shailkupa upazila on May 1, 1952. He was the youngest of three sons and two daughters of his parents.
He was elected MP for five times from the Jhenaidah-1 constituency with AL tickets.
