Voting in a Narshingdi-4 centre cancelled

The polling in a center of Narshingdi-4 (Monohardi-Belabo) constituency have been cancelled for alleged irregurities.

"Voting in Ibrahimpur govt. primary School center of Sallabad union under Narshingdi-4 (Monohardi-Belabo) constituency has been cancelled for alleged various irregularities," Assistant Returning Officer Matiur Rahman confirmed journalists on Sunday morning.

Industries Minister Advocate Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun is contesting the polls with the symbol of boat in this constituency while Upazila Chairman and Narshingdi district Awami League Advisory Committee Member Saiful Islam Khan Biru is vying as an independent candidate.
