Three buses set on fire in Maniknagar

Miscreants set three buses of 'Ekushey Paribahan' on fire in Maniknagar Chowrasta area of the capital Dhaka on Wednesday afternoon.

Torching the buses was reported around 4:48 pm, said duty officer Rozina Akter at Fire Service and Civil Defence.

Being informed, three units of firefighters went to the spot and put out the blaze around 5:26 pm, she said.

However, no casualties were reported in the incident, the official added.
