Bishwa Ijtema to begin on Feb 2

Bishwa Ijtema, the second largest congregation of Muslims after Hajj, will be held in two phases in February 2024.
The first phase will be held on February 2-4 and the second one on February 9-11 on the bank of Turag River in Gazipur's Tongi on the outskirts of capital Dhaka.
Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal made the disclosure to the reporters after a meeting on fixing the date of Ijtema at the Secretariat on Wednesday.
