Gazette of Lakshmipur, B'baria by-polls published

The Election Commission (EC) has published the gazette of the results of the by-elections to Lakshmipur-3 and Brahmanbaria-2 constituencies.
In the gazette, Mohammad Golam Faruk and Md Shahjahan Alam were declared parliament members (MP) of Lakshmipur-3 and Brahmanbaria-2 respectively, the EC sources said on Tuesday.
Earlier, the Election Commission suspended publishing the gazette of results of the by-elections to the parliamentary seats after allegations of irregularities in the by-polls held on November 5.
