Comilla University closed for indefinite period

The Comilla University authority declared the university closed for indefinite period following the murder incident of a student.

The residential students were asked to vacate their halls by 2pm on Monday.

Confirming the matter, Md. Mujibur Rahman, Register of the university, said the decision was taken at an emergency syndicate meeting at 8.45am.

It is mentionable that, a leader of Bangladesh Chhatra League of CU unit was killed in a clash between two factions of it’s on the campus in the first hour of Monday.
