Siddiqur Rahman Patwari takes oath as MP

Dr Siddiqur Rahman Patwari has taken oath as MP of Natore-4 constituency (Gurudaspur-Baraigram).

Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury administered the oath-taking ceremony at Sangsad Bhaban on Wednesday. 

Parliament Secretariat Senior Secretary KM Abdus Salam moderated the program.

Earlier on Sunday (September 25), Awami League candidate Dr Siddiqur Rahman Patwari won uncontested the by-polls to Natore-4 parliamentary seat.

The seat fell vacant after the death of lawmaker Professor Abdul Kuddus on August 30.
