4 traders detained with huge drugs

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in separate drives detained four traders along with huge drugs in Jhenaidah and Chuadanga.

The detained people are Rokon Mondol, 25, son of Mokches Ali, Shariful Islam, 32, son of Shariful Islam, Shahidul Islam, 30 and Antor Hosen, son of Mokhlechur Rahman.

Commander of Jhenaidah RAB camp Major Monir Ahmed said, a team of RAB conducted separate drives at Jhenaidah and Chudanga and held four traders along with huge drugs.

The detained people was handed over to Jhenaidah sadar and Chuadanga police stations after interrogation, he added.
