Russian Foreign Minister to visit Dhaka next month

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will visit Dhaka on a two-day trip next month.
He is expected to visit Dhaka on September 7-8, says a diplomatic source.
He will attend the G20 Summit in New Delhi on September 9-10 after completing his visit to Bangladesh.
During his visit, he will make a courtesy call on Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and hold an official meeting with his Bangladeshi counterpart AK Abdul Momen
Lavrov was scheduled to visit Bangladesh on November 23 last year, mainly to attend the 22nd IORA Council of Ministers meeting, held in Dhaka on November 24. But the visit was called off at the last minute.
