4 killed as truck hits another truck in Bogura

Four people were killed when a truck hit another truck in Bogura early Saturday.
The accident occurred on Naogaon-Bogura regional highway at Muroil Bus Stand area in Adamdighi upazila around 3:30am.
The deceased were identified as truck owner Mostaq, 45, its driver Dadan Miah, 40, his helper Saiful Islam, 23 and Rakibul Islam, 40.
Alamgir Hossain, Sub Inspector of Adamdighi Police Station, said a Naogaon-bound truck hit another truck when it was being repaired by its owner and driver, leaving two people dead on the spot and two others injured. The injured were taken to Bogura Shahid Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital where they died.
