Earthquake shakes Dhaka, other areas
An earthquake shook capital Dhaka and other parts of the country on Friday morning.
According to Google, the quake of 4.6 magnitude, which epicenter in Shilchar around 13 kilometers away from Sylhet, struck at 10:46 am.
United States Geological Survey (USGS) said the magnitude of the quake was 5 and its epicenter was 23 kilometers southeast of Sylhet.
As per the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC), the magnitude of the earthquake was 4.8 and its epicenter was 32 kilometers away from Sylhet.
However, no casualty was reported in the tremor.
