N'ganj boiler blast death toll rises to 4

Two more victims of the boiler explosion at a steel mill in Narayanganj died in a hospital in capital Dhaka on Friday, taking the total number of deaths to four.

The two victims were identified as Alamgir Hossain, 35, and Nayan, 20.

Earlier on Thursday afternoon, a boiler exploded at Rahima Industrial Complex Limited in Gausia of Rupganj upazila, leaving seven injured.

They were rushed to Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery, Dhaka where the on-duty doctors declared one dead. 

The deceased was identified as Shanker, 40. 

Later, another passed away last night while undergoing treatment at the facility. The victim was Md Ilyas, 35.

However, the injured are Md Rabbi, 35, Md Ibrahim, 35, and Md Jewel, 35.
