DSCC announces Tk 2cr for rehabilitation of traders affect by Bangabazar fire

Dhaka South City Corporation Mayor Sheikh Fazle Noor Taposh has announced to give Tk 2 crore from DSCC's own fund for rehabilitation of the traders affected by the fire at Bangabazar market.

He made the announcement while inaugarating makeshift trading activities for the affected traders at Bangabazar on Wednesday afternoon.

Earlier, a deadly fire broke out at Bangabazar clothing market in the early hours of April 4, injuring several people and burning around 5,000-6,000 shops.
