British Council closes Bangladesh offices

The British Council Bangladesh on Wednesday closed all its offices in Bangladesh temporarily to review security procedures.

In a Facebook post, the flagship UK organisation for educational opportunities and cultural relations, has regretted its decision of shut down offices for security concerns and announced to reopen it once new security measures are in place.

However, it also said that the Customer Services will be responding to queries through email ([email protected]), Live Chat (through the website www.britishcouncil.org.bd) and Facebook (through inbox messages) in the usual office hours during this temporary closure.
