Arrest warrant issued against 59 BNP men

A Dhaka court issued warrant for the arrest of 59 BNP leaders, including Joint Secretary General Barkatullah Bulu and Habib Un Nabi Khan, in connection with a case filed with Mirpur Police Station under the explosive act.

Acting Judge of Dhaka Metropolitan Session Judge Ruhul Amin passed the order on Wednesday.

The other BNP men are-press secretary of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, Samsur Rahman Shimul Biswas, Sultan Salauddin Tuku, Shirin Sultana and Azizul Bari Helal.

It is mentionable that, Motijheel Police Station filed a case against BNP leaders under the explosive act in 2015.
