CU proctor, 15 others step down

Chittagong University (CU) Proctor Dr Robiul Hasan Bhuiyan and 15 other officials of the institution have stepped down showing personal reasons.
They submitted their resignation letters to the university Registrar (in-charge) KM Noor Ahmad on Sunday afternoon, the registrar confirmed to Jago News.
He said they received the resignation letters which cited personal reasons, and other causes could be known later.
However, Associate Professor of Marine Sciences Institute Dr Mohammad Nurul Azim Sikder was appointed as the new proctor.
