3 killed in Gopalganj road accident

Three people were killed in a road accident at Kashiani upazila of Gopalganj on Tuesday noon.
The deceased were identified as MA Hasib, 50, hailed from Faridpur, Nabir Sheikh, 22, and Abdur Rahim, 20, residents of Kashiani upazila.
Vatiapara Highway police said the accident occurred in Pona bus stand area on the Dhaka-Khulna Highway when a bus hit a motorcycle and a bicycle.
Motorcyclist Hasib died on the spot while bicyclist Nabir Sheikh and Abdur Rahim were declared dead at Kashiani Upazila Health Complex by the on-duty doctor Hafij.
