Police arrests 10 BNP men from Naya Palton

Members of police detained ten activists of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) from in front of its central office in city’s Naya Palton on Thursday morning.

The identities of arrestees couldn’t be known immediately.

Mamun Khan, Assistant Secretary Information and Research of Chhatra Dal central unit said police detained 10-12 activists of BNP from in front central office while they were staying in area.

Police didn’t able to show any documents of arresting them, he added.

Officer-in charge of Palton Police Station Morshed Alam confirmed the incident.
