PM reaches Rajasthan to visit Ajmer Sharif
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Thursday, the last day of her official visit to India, reached Rajasthan to visit Khwaja Gharib Nawaz Dargah Sharif, Ajmer, reports BSS.
"The prime minister will offer nafal prayers and munajat, seeking the development, prosperity and welfare of the country, its people and the entire Muslim ummah," Prime Minister's Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim told BSS.
A VVIP flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying the premier arrived at Jaipur International Airport in Rajasthan at 09:55 this morning.
Earlier, the flight left Palam Airport, New Delhi for Jaipur International Airport at 9:12am.
Ihsanul Karim said the prime minister will spend some times offering fateha and munajat at the Khwaja Gharib Nawaz Dargah Sharif, the mazar (shrine) of Sufi Moinuddin Chishti.
Later, Sheikh Hasina will go round various parts of the Ajmer Dargah Sharif.
