Police picks up student from SUST

Members of police picked up a student of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) from campus area on Monday noon.

The detainee was identified as Abdul Aziz, fourth year student of Industrial and Production Engineering department and a resident of CompanyGanj upazila of Sylhet district.

Professor Dr. Rashed Talukder, proctor of SUST said police in presence of Akter Hossain, officer-in charge of Jalalabad Police Station, picked up Aziz from University Cafeteria area on Monday noon.

Police didn’t disclose any causes of his arrest issue, the proctor added.
