Floods claim 70 lives across the country

The death toll from floods across the country has risen to 70, with 28 deaths in the last 24 hours.
Of them, the highest 48 and the second highest 18 died in Sylhet and Mymensingh divisions respectively.
The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) said this in a press release on Thursday.
The number of people infected with various diseases caused by floods stood at 4,048 across the country.
