College student dies after falling from rooftop in Jessore

A college student died after falling from the rooftop of a building at Pashchim Barandi Nathpara in Jessore town on Saturday evening.

The deceased was identified as Abdul Foysal,22, second year student of Hamidpur Degree College and son of Ariful Islam of the area.

Ariful Islam, father of the deceased, said Foysal fell off from the roof of the three-storey building while he was feeding pigeons in the evening and was critically injured.

Later he was rushed to Jessore Medical College Hospital where doctors declared him dead.
